Himanshu Dube

Executive Director

Himanshu, with an MBA and B.Com. Honours, has over 30 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation and Project Performance Management. He has led impactful projects with organizations like USAID and The World Bank, across sectors such as livelihoods, agriculture, and climate change in India and abroad.

Aneesh Vijayan

Executive Director

Aneesh Vijayan, with an MBA in Rural Management and a BCA, has over 19 years of experience in livelihoods and climate resilience. He has led M&E initiatives for organizations like USAID and the World Bank, influencing projects in India, Afghanistan, and Tanzania. Recognized as a NABET-accredited Functional Area Expert, he is committed to advancing sustainable development.

Isha Rana

Managing Consultant

Dr. Isha Rana, with a Ph.D. in Silviculture, brings over 15 years of expertise in forestry and climate change. She has spearheaded M&E projects for organizations like the World Bank and USAID, enhancing climate resilience and biodiversity. Isha is also known for developing training modules for climate-smart agriculture and forest management.

Swapnil Dube

Managing Consultant

Swapnil Dube, with a Post-graduate Diploma in Rural Management and a BCA, has over 22 years of experience in social development, focusing on areas like women and child development, public health, and rural development. He has led M&E initiatives for organizations such as the World Bank and ADB, creating training packages for government officials and driving sustainable change across India.

Amit Daiman

Chief Scientific Officer

Amit Daiman is a distinguished geoscientist with expertise in Remote Sensing, Geoinformatics, and Hydroinformatics. With three advanced degrees, including an MS from IHE Delft, he has over a decade of impactful collaboration with organizations like ISRO and UNDP. Amit’s innovative work has earned him multiple awards, including the Young Scientist Award in 2019, as he strives to empower grassroots communities through geospatial science.
